  • What Payment Methods Do You Accept?
    Visa, MasterCard, American Express and regular bank account payments are all accepted via PayPal.
  • How much does shipping cost?
    Our shipping rates (both domestic and International) are calculated on a case by case basis - by the weight of the order, overall package size and the final shipping destination. We will always do our best to keep shipping costs to a minimum. Please note: TeeHausCo cannot and will not be held responsible for any incorrect shipping errors or fees associated with incorrect shipping. Please note: International customers may be required to pay sales tax, duty and/or customs charges. All taxes and customs charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the cost of the order or shipping charge. Taxes and customs charges differ depending on the country and state of the shipping address. We suggest contacting your local customs office if you are unsure of the applicable taxes and customs fees that are relevant to you. TeeHausCo is not responsible for any additional taxes and customs charges that are requested during the shipment of your order.

    We sure do!
  • How long does shipping take?
    There are many factors to determine the overall shipping time of your order. This said, we try our best to print and ship all orders as fast as possible. Please note: That we print our designs to order meaning that your product needs to be created before it can be shipped. This process usually takes about 3-5 days with shipping times then added on top.
  • Do you accept artist submissions?
    We sure do, if you have a design you would like to see printed while being credited for you hard work, then send us a email at teeshirthaus@gmail.com.
  • How are your designs printed?
    TeeHausCo currently utilises Kornit Storm Hexa printers, which create vibrant, retail-quality, soft-to-touch DTG prints using water-based NeoPigmentâ„¢ inks, which are non-hazardous, non-toxic and biodegradable. They have purpose-built processes to ensure each customer journey is smooth from order to fulfilment.
  • Do you have quality control?
    Each product will be checked multiple times. This takes place throughout the entire process, from selection, to printing, packaging, and shipping.
  • How should I look after my item?
    Tees Machine wash: cold (max 30C or 90F); Do not bleach; Do not tumble dry; Do not iron; Do not dryclean.
